The company ITALINOX Slovakia, s.r.o. was founded in 1993 as a subsidiary of the Italian group Acciai Vender, in which 28 companies operate today: five of them are service centers that ensure the division and surface treatment of stainless steel coils and sheets, two companies deal with the production of special stainless steel products and the other 21 companies are engaged in trading various types of stainless steel materials. Seven of them located in the countries of the former Eastern bloc bear the common name ITALINOX.
The development of the company began with the construction of the premises in Rožňava (1994), and the company took a step towards commercial coverage of Slovakia by opening an office in Bratislava (1995). In October 2002, the Bratislava operation moved to a new premises that provides full customer comfort. In 2002, another operation was also established, this time in Žilina, by which Italinox responded to the demands of the market and its customers. From the original three employees, the company has grown to 33 people who, in cooperation with external experts, provide a wide range of services.
