An important selling point of the Italinox company is its service center with new technology, which is a guarantee of quality, speed and savings. Deliveries of material in a standard design, as well as in custom-made formats and coils, lead to a reduction of storage costs and a minimization of stainless steel waste for our customers.

DIVIDING LINE

The leveling and dividing line enables transverse division of stainless steel coils (weight up to 20 tons) into standard formats or "tailor-made" formats according to the customer's request. The output product is sheets with a thickness from 0.4 to 15.0 mm and a width of 450 to 1500 mm and a length of 450 to 6600 mm. The device allows the folding of individual sheets with paper or the surface being glued with a protective film.

REWINDING LINE  

The device enables rewinding and splitting of input coils (weight up to 20 tons). The output product is rolls with a thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm, a width of 100 to 1500 mm and a weight of 50 kg to 5000 kg, either folded with paper, glued with a protective film, or without the already mentioned components with the possibility of continuous marking according to the customer's requirements. The inner diameter of the coil at the output is 300 mm or 508 mm.

GRINDING AND BRUSHING LINE

 Performs dry grinding of formatted sheets with a thickness of 0.4 to 4.0 mm, a width of 500 to 1500 mm and a length of 950 to 5500 mm with an endless sanding cloth with a grain size of 80 to 400 (the standard sanding is a grain of 240), through two sanding heads with automatic gluing with a protective film. The brushing line performs brushing of the surface of the sheet metal with rotary abrasive brushes followed by covering with a protective film (so-called Scotch Brite). This equipment is capable of processing sheets with a thickness of 0.4 to 3 mm, a width of 500 to 1500 mm and a length of 950 to 4700 mm.
